Caitlin is a Chicago native who moved to the Big D to help open the new and improved VITAL Fitness Studio. She has a degree in Exercise Physiology and certifications in TRX, Kettlebell, Yoga, and Personal Training. Her kettlebell expertise is unmatched and loves teaching these skills to others. She has never met a carb she doesn’t like and is obsessed with her two dogs, Melvin and Ellie, and her husband, Joe.
David is an outdoor sports enthusiast and brings that energy and grit to his rides and fitness classes. He is a trained Yoga, TRX and Cycling instructor. He loves to motivate and push his students to grow. David enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews, playing competitive softball, and eating all kinds of candy.
Chloe inspires others on their journey to a calmer mind, a healthier body, and an open heart. She is a movement fanatic and Psychology major who will encourage you to explore the freedom and strength in your body. Her loves include all kinds of dogs and rap music.
Jessica believes workouts should be fun combined with a dash of scary. In addition to being a Cycling, TRX and Crossfit instructor, she has a Chemical Engineering degree as well as her MBA. She is an avid gamer and brings that passion into each of her classes.
You can’t miss this ball of energy when you come into the studio, as Sam always brings the fun with a side of crazy. As a Cycling instructor, she is sure to make you sweat, laugh, and hit the beat drop. No matter the venue, Sam was made for the stage (and the crowd loves her).
Georgette’s smile can warm a room, if the heat in the studio isn’t enough already. She’s a Yoga teacher with prenatal and holistic health specialties. Her challenging classes will strengthen you, lengthen you, and make you smile.
This passionate Master Trainer and Cycling instructor may be quiet but she is a force to be reckoned with. Her master’s degree in Sports Psychology gives her the expertise to push you past your limits. She loves a good glass of wine, especially when traveling around the world to visit friends.
Bobby’s class is a fun environment sure to have you laughing and completely unaware of how hard you’re actually working. He constantly reflects on his journey from yoga student to teacher, enabling him to empathize and teach students of all levels, no matter what point they are at in their practice.
Natalie is a triple threat instructor that packs major heat into her classes. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is certified to teach Yoga, Crossfit, and USA Weightlifting. When she’s not sweating inside the studio, she’s outside enjoying the sunshine with (fur) friends, french fries and beer.
Mackenzie is our resident powerhouse who has been known to knock out three workouts in one day for fun! She has certifications in Crossfit, Yoga, TRX, Kettlebell and Personal Training. Mackenzie loves to get her groove on and has an obsession with Ozarka water.
